Join Admissions, Patients and Doctors

For each admission (admission_id) display (patient_name, diagnosis) of the patient and doctor_name of the doctor who handled that case, where a name is first_name and last_name combined. The displayed list is sorted by admission_id in descending order; the column names and order must match the expected output.
